Since the Frankfurt School is barely breathing, I been wondering if Barack Obama took all the state-capitalist Bolshevik theories from Tony Cliff and CLR James and made a council (a page out of the Frankfurt school) out of it. The Czars could double as a Vanguard Party and a communist committee.
It looks like Obama is using Deflected Permanent Revolution and directive planning.
